--Buyers Premium is 8%. NO SHIPPING --Payment can be made thru credit card (4% surcharge), check, or cash at pickup. Payment is due by Sat April 15 at 3pm or balance owing will be charged to your credit card you registered with. --Pickup location is County Road Auction & Sales main office located at 30265 415th Ave, Tyndall, SD. PICKUP IS FRI APRIL 14TH FROM 4-6PM AND SAT APRIL 15TH FROM 10AM-3PM. If these times do not work for you call Cheri at 605-464-1198 to make other arrangements. --Property is to be removed by SAT APRIL 15TH AT 3PM. Items remaining after will become the property of the Auction Company if other arrangements have not been made. If you choose not to pickup your purchase your credit card will still be charged for the total of your purchase that you made. You will also be blocked from purchasing in the future. Auctioneers reserves the right to add or remove property from the auction. All property is sold as is, where is and there is no guarantee and no warranty, neither expressed nor implied. All sales are final. Auctioneer is not responsible for the acts or representations of the Seller. Buyer is reponsible for property at the time of purchase. The auction company is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen items. Property is not to be removed until payment in full has been received. Sales tax will be charged according to the law.
