If you have a resale tax certificate for the year 2023, please present this to Hickory Hill Auctions and we will not charge you tax. Once the auction closes, you will receive an invoice of your winning bids including buyers premium and sales tax, sent to the e-mail address you provided during registration. Cash, check, and credit cards are accepted as form of payment with valid picture ID when you pick up your items. All items will be picked up at the estate 7128 E US Highway 90, Lee, Florida. BRING HELP to move, pack, and load your purchases as man power to move your items may not be available. Two pick up days will be available after the auction and listed in the auction details. YOUR ITEMS CAN NOT BE STORED AT THIS LOCATION. Picking up your won items promptly is appreciated. If you need tractor help to load your won items, please come at or after 4:30pm each pick up day.
