Highest bidder will be notified after auction closing if owner accepts or declines your bid. Closing will take place approximately 60 days from the end of the auction, and is not contingent on the buyer's ability to secure funds. If buyer is unable to close on the property for any reason within prescribed time frames, the buyer will immediately and by default forfeit the property and all future claims and rights to the property and the property will be re-sold. A 2% buyer's premium is added to the final bid, resulting in the purchase price. Buyer accepts the property in as-is condition with no expectation that the seller will provide any additional repairs, work, compensation, or exchanges.
