There is a $5.00 surcharge per bidder number. So if you buy 10 items you are only charged one surcharge of $5.00. Shipping cost is actual plus the $5.00 and insurance is required on all shipments. We will gladly use Flat Rate Boxes to save you money. * For internet-only auctions, we reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures. *If you're unable to make the pick up dates please make arrangements in advance by calling Steve Becker at 417.699.9480. Items not claimed within 7 days are considered abandoned and no refunds will be issued. Please note that if you are bidding on an auction that's at our Glenstone address we will not transfer sold items to Ozark. Important note: we are not available everyday at the Glenstone location. It is usually locked and secured making it hard for you to retrieve items outside of THE NORMAL SCHEDULED pick up time. If you are bidding on an auction that we're conducting from the residence and you fail to pickup on the assigned date, we will move your items to Ozark for pickup for a fee of $25.00. If your items are lost or stolen during this process, we are not responsible. All items must be claimed within 7 days. No refunds will be issued.
