Please confirm with Elwood’s Auctioneering that you want the items shipped. We charge anywhere from 15-20$ handling fee. Fragile items or large items will be taken to the UPS store to be packaged and shipped from there. We will ship items in boxes we have available, but some items may require special packaging or boxes. These items will be purchased at the UPS store and charged on your invoice. IF YOU NEED SHIPPING THE SHIPPING FORM MUST BE FILLED OUT BY MONDAY AT 2:00PM IF SHIPPING FORM IS NOT FILLED OUT YOUR ITEMS WILL BE FORFIETED BY 2 PM ON MONDAY. UNLESS you have a Tax Exempt ID Number, Elwood’s Auctioneering charges sales tax for all purchases, for out of state buyers and buyers in the state of Maryland. Tax exempt buyers must email their tax certificates to elwoodsauction@gmail.com 2 days prior to the closing of the auction. Auction bidding opens on MARCH 24TH 7:00AM Auction bidding closes on THURSDAY, MARCH 30TH AT 7:00 PM. Any bid placed by a bidder (other than the current winning bidder) in the last two minutes will extend the closing. Starting bid for this auction begins at $2.00. Pick up hours are Friday MARCH 31ST FROM 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM at Elwood’s Auctioneering (408 E. Antietam St Hagerstown MD 21740). If the pickup date needs special scheduling, contact the Auctioneer. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ALL PURCHASES ON CREDIT CARDS WILL BE CHARGED A BUYERS PREMIUM OF 18%.- If the buyer wants the item shipped the buyer must pay with a credit card, no exceptions. If the buyer pays with cash or check on the pickup date, BUYERS PREMIUM WILL BE 15%. If you plan to pay cash or check please EMAIL elwoodsauction@gmail.com If you do not reach out to us before 2:00 PM, no credit card refunds to then pay in cash during pickup - but we can set the buyer up as a cash payer for future sales. NO REFUNDS will be granted should items won at auction fail to be picked up at the designated time and date. Any items left behind after FRIDAY AT 2:00PM with no email/contact will be considered abandoned. INVOICES are processed after the auction closes, IF YOU FAIL TO PICK UP YOUR ITEM ON FRIDAY, 15% buyers premium deal will not be granted to cash or check buyers, credit cards will be processed at the end of the day on Friday. Maryland Sales tax of 6% will be added to the winning bid price plus the 15% premium. Bring boxes and packing material for your purchases. Items are sold as is where is. Elwoods will make all attempts forthright with our descriptions and condition reports.
