BIDDING *The bidder is responsible for looking over the item to determine it's condition prior to bidding. The item's condition will be stated by the auctioneer and staff with full transparency & honesty. *We are not responsible or liable for any errors in the description. * For internet-only auctions, we reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures. *Rojo's Treasures LLC is NOT responsible for bidder's failure to examine items prior to bidding and will not make adjustments on purchased items after the item is declared "sold". PICK UP **********MUST BE PICKED UP at designated times. Failure to do so without notice will result in forfeiture of purchase and items will be disposed..********** TAX & CHARGES *Tax Exemption number must be submitted at least 3 days prior to the end of the auction. Please complete form ST-120 and bring it at pick up. We are not responsible for lost or broken items. It is your responsibility to notify us if you need shipoing. If the item is not marked for shipping, we will not ship and you will not be refunded.
