We do our best to provide as much information as possible, but occasionally, our system gets it wrong. Carefully review the photos we’ve taken of the item. While most of our products are entirely functional & in near new condition, the items are previously purchased customer returns, meaning some may be incomplete, worn, and/or limited in functionality. Bidders are required to be registered with a valid credit or debit card. The card you have registered will charged at the conclusion of the auction. All sales are final. Items are not functionally tested and are sold in their current condition. Due to the nature of our auctions, no returns, refunds or exchanges will be offered. If Items have not been picked up by the 2 week deadline after receiving the scheduling email, then you will forfeit the items you have won. No items will be sold with any type of warranty or guarantee. At the conclusion of the auction, the registered form of payment will be charged. Failure to complete payment within 48 business hours of auction close time will result in the forfeiture of won lots and a 2 week account suspension from Nexus Resale auctions.
