We have done as best as possible to weed out dead inventory and inventory that has heavy damage. Our goal is to not have a true salvage auction, rather a bulk wholesale auction for re-sell. All items will be charged to the credit card on file with Hibid. Any bidders with credit cards that are declined on reconciliation day will be charged a $10 processing fee to run another credit card- NO EXCEPTIONS! TAX: 6% SC Sales tax will be charged on all other items if you live in the boundaries of SC unless you have a SC Sales Tax number on file. In the event a pickup date outside of the listed pickup time is not agreed upon, the winning bidder agrees to relinquish the items back to the auctioneer after 14 days. We are not a storage company. If you are unable to pick up your items within the required pick up range please do not bid. The burden is on the bidder to arrange a pickup time in the event you are unable to make it in the required range. There are no refunds for unclaimed items. At the Auctioneers discretion, he may ship and charge shipping accordingly in lieu of relinquishing. Items may have public or private reserves set by the Auctioneer prior to the close of the item. The auctioneer shall not be held responsible for any 'missed' bids The auctioneer reserves the right to refuse service or decline registration to any person. The auctioneer has the sole discretion to advance the bidding and may reject a nominal advance, should it in his estimation prove injurious to the auction. The auctioneer shall be the final judge in all bidding disputes and shall name a bidder as the purchaser. The winning bidder agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and costs incurred by the Auctioneer in the collection of funds. The purchaser also agrees that a fee of 2% per month is added to the balance of any unpaid balance due the auction company and any other costs or losses incurred by the purchaser's failure to adhere to these terms. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Greenville County, South Carolina.
