1. All items are sold "AS IS WHERE IS" with all faults. We do not test the items. 2. There is no cost to register for an auction. During an auction you can check the status of your bids anytime. Note that no bids can be withdrawn after the auction for any reason. 3. By registering and placing a bid, BIDDER signifies that they have accepted without limitation all terms and conditions of the sale. All bidders must be of legal age to bid. 4. When the auction closes, we will send you an invoice with the winning bid amount, plus applicable Buyers Premium and taxes, as stated in the description of the auction. Accepted payment type is Interac e-transfer & credit card only. The email address for the e-transfer will be provided in the invoice. Payment is due within 3 days from the end of the auction. All items must be PAID IN FULL to be claimed. 5. Dates and times for the pickup will be send to you via email along with your invoice. Any item(s) not picked up during the posted pickup times will be considered an abandoned item. If unable to pick up during specified time, let us know in advance by sending an email to support@crazyliquidation.com. The "abandoned" items will be donated or resold to the account of Crazy Liquidation Auction. No notice will be given. 6. All descriptions are believed to be accurate but there is NO GUARANTEE OR WARRANTY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Occasionally, information concerning an item may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions. Crazy Liquidation Auction reserves the right to correct such information at any time and shall not incur any liability as a result. It is your responsibility to review current information regarding an item prior to bidding. 7. All products are either returns, new surplus, open box or refurbished of major retail brands. No warranty is provided on any item sold. No claims regarding items purchased will be allowed. All sales are final. 8. Our best efforts are made to represent all items accurately in descriptions and photographs; however, all items are ultimately sold on an 'as is, where is' basis, with all faults. View all pictures and read description before placing your bid. We strongly encourage all bidders to personally verify the condition of each item during the scheduled pickup or upon delivery within 2 days. 9. We reserve the right to remove and/or add lots and/or items to the sale at any point during the auction. 10. No person shall have any claim against Crazy Liquidation Auction or TCS for any injuries sustained, nor for damages to or loss of property which may occur from any cause whatsoever. 11. The BUYER expressly agrees to indemnify and save Crazy Liquidation Auction/TCS AUCTION, the Seller and their assigns harmless from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damage or liability, directly or indirectly caused by or resulting from an act, including the negligent acts or omissions of Crazy Liquidation Auction, or anyone acting in his/her behalf in connection with or arising out of auction. All bidders/buyers must be of legal age. 12. In the unlikely event of a dispute, you agree to accept as true the information that we have in our records. 13. Items close at regular intervals. To prevent a bidder from 'sniping', all bids made in the last minute of the auction will force an item to stay open for additional 2 minutes. This will continue until all bidding has ceased. 14. If a description does not match a picture in a lot, the picture takes precedence. All items are sold on an 'as is, where is' basis, with all faults. 15. Crazy Liquidation Auction/TCS AUCTION INC reserves the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion. 16. Shipping/returning is at the expense and risk of the bidder. 17. For internet-only auctions, Crazy Liquidation Auction reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures. 18. All Payments via e transfer & credit cards only. 19. Only credits will be given in case of faulty or wrong product only on return of the product. No Refunds will be given under any circumstances. 20. Customers have to notify and return faulty item to Crazy Liquidation Auction within 5 days of recieving product in order to get credit for faulty or wrong product. No Credit or refunds will be given after that. 21. Crazy Liquidation Auction will not be responsible for arranging of returns of faulty items. 22. Failure to pay within 3 days of payment will be charged 15% of the total winings or $20 whichever is higher Shipping Charges Apply. The cost for Crazy Liquidation Auction's shipping services is as follows: - Extra packaging costs may apply for multiple and larger items. - We ship across Canada only. - Items will be shipped only after FULL PAYMENT is received. - We reserve the right to decide what can be shipped due to size and weight restrictions, fragility and value, etc. We will not ship items weighing over 44 lbs. - We follow Canada Post guidelines. Canada Post, as well as Crazy Liquidation Auction will not cover fragile items.
