Auction Terms & Conditions Please read information below. By registering and accepting terms you agree to enter into a legal contract to abide by and to be bound by the terms and conditions of the auction. There is 15% buyer's premium added to all bidder purchases no discounts. Payment is due at conclusion of auction. Cash accepted on advanced preapproval basis. Bid retractions or cancellations will not be accepted. All sales are final, and the highest bidder has no right of rescission and no refund or exchanges. When registering for the auction you hereby agree that there will be no refunds. You must bring help for furniture and larger pieces as well as packing supplies. We will not have staff available for moving heavy items or packing materials. All items must be picked up by the high bidder or arrangements made. Any item not picked up after the pickup window becomes the property of Transfer Estate Auctions. All items are sold 'as is' and 'where is' with no guarantees of any kind. Buyers are to rely upon their own inspection, judgment, and research to determine value and condition. Any description provided is done so as a service to interested buyers and does not imply any warranty. If a lot is pictured with items on it, you are purchasing the item described and not the contents unless stated otherwise. This applies to non-visual contents in furniture as well. Please be aware all items offer are in used condition and will have normal blemishes according to their age and use. We welcome and encourage previews at our auction facility any time time during normal business hours. Offsite auction previews must be prearranged through staff personnel in coordination to consigner availability. Shipping: Bidders requesting shipping must contact us in advance of auction closing. You may contact us through email or leave a note when registering to bid. Please acknowledge there is a min $10.00 packing and handling fee attached to all shipping orders. Additionally the bidder will be responsible for shipping costs. Shipping carriers vary depending upon item and lowest possible shipping costs. Please allow a 3-4-day period for processing. Delivery: Local curbside FOB delivery is available at the rate of $59 for a 10 mile radius of the auction location, $2.00 per loaded mile thereafter.
