All lots sold "As is, Where is" with all faults, not-with-standing courtesy condition reports provided either in descriptions, over the phone or by email communication. All accepted bids made by the buyer are legally binding and may not be altered or retracted without permission from the Auctioneer prior to auction closing. No refunds, credits or exchanges, no exceptions. Please inspect all lots prior to bidding. If inspecting by web browser, use all available resources like blow up links or contact Auctioneer for further clarification. We share certifications, grades, expert opinions as reported to us, seen on packaging, mounts or frames without verification or warranty of any kind as to their credibility.
Buyer is SOLELY responsible for determining the condition, faults and proper nomenclature/identification of auction merchandise. " While descriptions are believed to be accurate, the Auctioneer makes no representation or warranty express or implied as to the merchantability, correctness, description, age, antiquity, working condition, appraised value or condition of the property to be sold at auction. All measurements are approximate. We have listed lots in the belief they are authentic, as described, but we do not guarantee it, nor can we state that they are authentic. The winning bidder bidding on these lots agrees that by bidding they understand that these pieces are being sold "As is, Where is", with no guarantees whether the pieces are authentic or not!!! Works with mechanical or electronic functions are not guaranteed to be in good working condition, but may have been tested on a limited basis and potential bidders may be advised of results of limited tests of functionality. Lots are available for preview in person, or more pictures can be sent when requested as is practical. If you are not sure, do not bid.
No Credit Card Chargebacks. Winning bidder agrees that he will not, under any circumstances, initiate a credit card chargeback with respect to any purchases at the Auction. YOU further agree that if, in violation of these Terms and Conditions, a credit card chargeback is initiated, these "Terms and Conditions" will be conclusive evidence of YOUR agreement not to initiate a credit card chargeback; and winning bidder acknowledges and agrees that on the presentation of these Bidder Terms and Conditions to the bank, credit card company, or other financial institution that issued the credit card on which charges were made, such bank, credit card company, or other financial institution will reverse or deny any credit card chargeback, and will re-credit all amounts to or for the account of Auctioneer. If, in violation of these Bidder Terms and Conditions, YOU initiate a credit card chargeback, even if successful, winning bidder will remain liable for all purchases made at the auction , and winning bidder will be responsible for all costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, incurred by or on behalf of Auctioneer and/or any Seller(s) in challenging the credit card chargeback and in collecting payment. Bidder's agreement not to initiate a credit card chargeback is a condition to registration as a bidder, and for the privilege of bidding at the Auction, and is being made as an inducement for Auctioneer to accept bidder's registration and to permit bidder to bid at the Auction. Auctioneer is relying on uderstanding of these Terms and Conditions including agreement not to initiate a credit card chargeback in accepting a bidder Registration and in permitting bidder to bid at the Auction. The buyer's premium is 25%. Buyer's Invoice needs to be paid within 24 hours of the auction. " Invoice over $500 must be paid by check, cash or wire transfer payment. Shipping arrangements and/or pickups are solely the buyers responsibility. " Buyer/Bidder is solely responsible for the removal of purchased items. Please have plans in place, including adequate help and supplies to remove all items during the specified date and time listed. You must notify us of your expected time of pickup so that we may ensure that it has been retrieved from storage and is available for delivery.
Buyer/Bidder (or agent associated with bidder/buyer) is SOLELY responsible for any damage/ injuries made to merchandise and/or property or persons while picking up. Works not picked up within 14 days of auction will be charged a $10 per day, per lot, storage fee.
We will work with your shipper but cannot take responsibility beyond retrieving and releasing to your authorized agent. Release to a third party for shipping will require a permission certification.
