On the 31st day we will meet you to sign the title in front of a notary or if you are out of state the title can be mailed to you. * By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. * Village Square Auctions reserve the right to reject any bid at our discretion. * NC taxes will be charged. If you have a tax exempt certificate it must be emailed to villagesquareauctions@gmail.com upon registration. We must have it on file at our location for it to be on your account. * Buyer's premium rate charged: 13%, If you are an APPROVED local pick up customer you may pay CASH to obtain a 3% discount at pick up * Payment types Cash, Cashier's check, major credit cards * Any item not picked up within 10 days of conclusion of the auction will be forfeited, no matter of payment status. Shipping is available at your expense if you cannot make it to pick up your items during our scheduled pick up times. * For internet-only auctions, reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction or a lot in the case of system failures/glitches. * Cards on file with HIBID will be automatically be charged at the conclusion of the auction. Please be sure your card on file with HIBID will be able to be charged your full total and shipping and handling charges. If your card on file is declined we will contact you for payment once.
