Auction Terms & Conditions Dorsey, Boss LLC (D'Boss Firearms) will not accept any requests to rescind bids. Requests to rescind bids will result in an instant ban from any future bids. 5.00% sales tax applied, exempt where applicable. 5% Buyer's Fee. Shipping will be available for most items and cost will vary item to item. Items are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on size, item or shipping location. Shipping rates can vary due to multiple factors and D'Boss Firearms is not responsible how much each package is charged. Customer is subject to shipping charges from those carriers as passed on to us from them. Bidders will be emailed a copy of their invoice within 24 hours following completion of the auction. The inovice will show which lots have been won and what total dollar amount the Bidder owes. Bidder is responsible for making sure email and contact information is filled in correctly or they will not be contacted properly and may be subject to a higher buyer's premium (see below). PAYMENT: All payments will be at 609 N. Main St. Oshkosh, WI 54901. Payment options include credit card, debit card, cash or money order. Payments can be made over the phone (920-235-5440). If bidder intends to use a different payment method other than credit card it must be communicated with us via email (dorseybossllc@gmail.com) or by phone prior to the morning after auction ends. If credit card payment is declined a payment must be made by the third business day after the auction has completed. If a payment is not made by the end of the third business day Dorsey, Boss LLC (D'Boss Firearms) will increase the buyers premium to 25%. If payment method changed to cash, check or wire transfer, 10% Buyer's Fee remains in effect. Dorsey, Boss LLC (D'Boss Firearms) online only auctions feature an auto bid extend (soft close), if a bidder enters a bid near the end of close, it will extend the Lot time. Dorsey, Boss LLC (D'Boss Firearms) presumes shipping if Buyer is out-of-state. If buyer in-state Dorsey, Boss LLC (D'Boss Firearms) presumes items are being picked up. If otherwise preferred, respond to an email with correct instructions, this ensures your information reaches the correct department. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Unless alternate pickup or shipping arrangements are made, any items remaining after pickup date will be considered abandoned, forfeited, become property of Dorsey, Boss LLC (D'Boss Firearms) and returned to inventory; no refunds. Dorsey, Boss LLC (D'Boss Firearms) does not test items for genuineness. Bidder inspection is encouraged; all descriptions are believed true and accurate but are not guaranteed or warrantied. Pictures are part of the description. Auction items will be on display during normal business hours, Bidders are welcome to physically inspect auction items during those hours. Placing a bid signifies bidder has examined the item(s) to their satisfaction or they have chosen not to examine them personally. All items sold "AS-IS", "WHERE-IS" with all faults. No implied or express warranties by Dorsey, Boss LLC (D'Boss Firearms). All sales final. Any disagreement between auction company and Buyer will remain in the jurisdiction of Winnebago County Circuit Court, Oshkosh, Wisconsin. *****RESERVE DOLLAR AMOUNT ITEMS****** Bidders that "win" a reserve dollar amount item and the reserve has not been met the Bidder has NOT won that item. Bidders may be sent an email that says "You may have won" on that item but if that item is not itiemized on the Bidders invoice then the Bidder has NOT won that item. If an auction item you bid on is not on your emailed itemized invoice you did NOT win that item. PICK UP DETAILS You will have 4 business days to pick your items up at 609 N Main St, Oshkosh WI 54901. This will only be waived if you have made other arrangements prior to the auction ending. WISCONSIN bidders: If you live in Wisconsin it is assumed you will be picking your items up from our location in Oshkosh. If you need your items shipped, you need to contact us to let us know you need shipping. Please call 920-235-5440 if you have any questions. If large items have been purchased and being picked up, Dorsey, Boss LLC (D'Boss Firearms) staff is not responsible for loading. The buyer is solely responsible for bringing help/muscle to assist in loading items purchased. Dorsey, Boss LLC (D'Boss Firearms) is open M-F 10 am to 6 pm and on Saturdays from 10 am to 2 pm but closed on Sundays. Unless alternate pickup arrangements are made, any items remaining after pickup date will be considered abandoned, forfeited, become property of Dorsey, Boss LLC (D'Boss Firearms) and returned to inventory; no refunds. SHIPPING DETAILS Dorsey, Boss LLC (D'Boss Firearms) presumes shipping if Buyer is out-of-state. The registered credit card on file is charged a second time for shipping amount, as Dorsey, Boss LLC (D'Boss Firearms) does not package items until after payment received in full. All packaging is conducted in-house; Dorsey, Boss LLC (D'Boss Firearms) charges the buyer taxable packaging materials and $26 per hour with $20 minimium for packaging services. Dorsey, Boss LLC (D'Boss Firearms) ships via UPS. Small items may be shipped USPS. We cannot ship to PO Boxes, please register a physical address if you are shipping.
