All items must be paid for by wire transfer, credit card or certified funds delivered to our office in Wynne, AR. before pickup. Purchasers paying by credit card may contact Witcher Auctions and provide credit card info by phone or in person at our office in Wynne, AR. Credit card payments will be charged an additional 5% processing fee. NO ITEM WILL BE RELEASED WITHOUT RECEIPT OF PAYMENT IN FULL. Payment Terms All purchases must be paid for in full by 5pm on Wednesday, March 22 at our Wynne office. Invoices will be sent to the email on file at the conclusion of the auction. In person payment can be made by credit card, wire transfer or cashiers check at our office in Wynne, AR. No payments by mail. Credit card payments will be charged an additional 5% processing fee. Payment by wire transfer or any major credit card is recommended. Bank letters must be addressed to Witcher Auctions, dated for 3/21/23 and state a specific amount to be guaranteed, NO EXCEPTIONS. Bank letters must be verified by Witcher Auctions during normal banking hours. No items will be removed from sale site without receipt of payment in full. Bids placed at this auction are a legally binding contract. All sales are final. Witcher Auctions reserves the right to hold any items from removal until full payment is verified.
