We do offer shipping on any item that can be shipped through the mail. Shipping costs are your responsibility. We do not give shipping estimates. We put insurance on all priority mail items but if they deny a claim it is not our responsibility. 4. If you are injured on the premise you may not hold Brooks LeFeber Auctions or the owner of the property accountable. 5. We are not responsible if you lose internet connection or forget to bid. 6. You are buying only the item described and pictured, not anything in the back ground and not the number card. 7. You have to pay the 13% buyers premium or 10% for cash as well as sales tax where applicable. 8. Auctioneer does his best to see any defects in an item but it is not his rersponsibilty to find them. Payment Terms
We do not automatically bill your card unless you ask for shipping. Remember it saves you 3% to pay with cash. We will bill your card if you ask for shipping or do not make the pickup days.
WE offer shipping if an item can be packaged and mailed. We charge a fee $5 even if it is multiple lots plus what the shipping company charges us. We use USPS and FedEx. There will be addtional charges for items requiring extra materials to ship. If you buy 5 lots and we can package them in 1 lot you only get 1 packaging fee. Items that are easy to pack we may charge less at our discretion. . Pickup is the friday and saturday following the auction.
