If you are honest and can prove it you have no worries. We will NOT send gold, silver or firearms based on a credit card purchase unless you meet the above criteria. Wood, Nelson & Dale estates are represented in this sale. Colt, Winchester, Marlin, Ruger, Smith & Wesson, Howa, Weatherby, Gold & Silver Eagles, Morgan, Peace & Trade Silver Dollars, Carson City coins, firearms from a former Texas Ranger & FBI agent and a fifty year collection from the Wood estate of coins with more to come. This catalog will be built from Jan 24th through April 27th. It is always our goal to answer any of your questions via pictures so be sure and click through each picture pack as we load. Thank you! Preview will be Friday, April 28th from 1:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. at the Gallery, 219 Butler Creek Rd., Sulphur Springs, AR 72768 or by appointment. All federal laws are in effect for this sale. There is a 3% discount for cash buyers. Call or email by 5:00 p.m. Friday April 28th to be placed on the cash pay list. This privilege means you will need to make payment and pickup on Sunday or Monday. Unpaid invoices with no communication by 3:00 p.m. Monday May 1st will be removed from cash pay list and automatically charge to your card on file with Hibid. If your bids show as "pending", it means you have a zero or negative, reputation feedback score in the HiBid system, and unfortunately you will be unable to participate in this sale without making personal arrangements with management approval. Barber Auctions will handle most of the shipping. If you are outside of a 150 miles radius of 72768, your shipping invoice will be automatically be charged to your card on file with Hibid unless you call or email with other arrangements by 3:00 p.m. Monday May 1st. Firearms will be responsibility of buyer for shipping. We have a local FFL dealer who can coordinate with your requests on the Arkansas end. Items paid for and NOT picked by Wednesday May 3rd, will be forfeited and become the property of Barber Auctions unless special arrangements have made with us. PLEASE COMMUNICATE!!!!
