This ONLINE Auction is in progress now. The home is smoke and pet free. All items are sold in gently used, as is condition. NO CHECKS. 13% buyers premium. Pickup will be at the home in south Austin on tuesday, Jan 17th. This is an Absolute auction with all bids starting at $2.50.
Buyers will be charged a 13% buyers premium. Buyers are expected to pick up their purchases timely & on pick up day as noted in auction info. We will make 1 attempt to contact buyers during the ONLINE pickup by phone to confirm pick up. Bring wrapping material as well as a dolly or help to load items, as needed. All buyers must understand that items are being sold "as is and where is and in their current condition". All descriptions are believed accurate but not warrantied.
