By clicking the ‘Agree to Terms’ box, the buyer agrees and grants permission to Lyn Huck Estate Services, LLC to bill the buyers credit card, used at time of registration, for all winning bids in this auction. Payments are only accepted via the credit card on file. At this time, we only accept credit cards and cash at pick up as payments.
All items are available for pick up ONLY on December 13th between 1PM and 5PM. Items not retrieved during this time will be considered abandoned and forfeited. The buyer remains responsible for payment of their winning bid and/or bids. If you need to send someone to pickup your items, they must present a copy of the PAID invoice upon their arrival. Items will not be stored for a later pick up. Buyers are responsible for providing all packing materials (bags, boxes, paper) and loading of all goods.
