PAYMENT. 10% Buyer's premium for buyers on all purchases. At the close of the lot, the high bidder will have purchased the offered lot. All sales are final upon the closing of the lot. The purchase is subject to all terms and conditions set forth herein. The purchaser assumes full responsibility thereof. The purchaser further agrees to pay the Total Amount Due by 5pm on Saturday, August 13th. All items must be paid for by wire transfer, credit card or certified funds delivered to our office in Wynne, AR. Cash payments will be accepted on site at pickup... on site pickup wil ONLY be on Friday and Saturday following the auction. Purchasers paying by credit card may contact Witcher Auctions and provide credit card info by phone or in person at our office in Wynne, AR. NO ITEM WILL BE RELEASED WITHOUT RECEIPT OF PAYMENT IN FULL. ITEM REMOVAL/PICK UP: Loaders will be on-site Friday and Saturday, August 12-13 from 9am-5pm to ASSIST with loading. We will not load your small items by hand. Bring help if needed. We will accept cash and cashier's checks for payment on-site, no personal or company checks. We can also charge your credit card on file or take another card by phone at your request. Bring help to load small items! A telescopic forklift will be onsite for loading assistance, but loading is the buyer's responsibility. We will not load your small purchases by hand. Our staff will not assist with lifting ANY items by hand or securing your load. Each item "MUST" be picked up within 14 days of auction closing. Any litems left after 14 days will be considered abandoned and become the property of Witcher Auctions with no recourse to the buyer.
