Successful bidder must contact Neil Agency Auctioneers within twenty-four (24) hours of auction ending with form of payment. Complete settlement must be paid to Neil Agency Auctioneers before any item will be released. Motor Vehicle Titles are subject to New Mexico Title Transfer Laws. Out of state buyers will receive titles via certified mail upon complete settlement. When paying by credit card, please include your service fee for credit card usage of 3.80%. Storage, insurance, dismantling, loading and removal of item is at the risk, expense and liability of the BUYER. Any items not removed within 10 days of Auction may be subject to a daily storage fee (unless prior arrangements have been made). ITEMS BEYOND 30 DAYS WILL BE RESOLD AND MONIES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED (unless prior arrangements have been made). Neil Agency Auctioneers, LLC is the auctioneer/representative and does not load, transport or ship inventory. You must make arrangements for a 3rd party transport for pick up for shipment if buyer cannot collect winning item. New Mexico Sales Tax will not be charged if using a legitimate 3rd party transport (must show proof).
