Remember to refresh your page during bidding, especially in the closing minutes of bidding. Please bid from the live catalog and not your watch list, the watch list isn't in real time. Auction has a soft close, the lot will not officially close untill all bidding has ceased. Shipping is not provided by Cornerstone Realty and Auction. A 15% buyers premium will be added to the winning bid. A 3.5% fee will be added to all buyers paying with debit/credit. This will show up as an 18.5% total buyers premium on invoice. Buyers are responsible for providing their own labor, tools, boxes etc for the removal of items from the property.
