Winning Bidders of firearms that are NOT Kentucky residents must have Firearms shipped to a licensed FFL Dealer of their choice, at winning bidders cost. All Firearms are to be picked up at Nicholasville Reloading with a Paid Recipt. Buyers of Firearms Responsible for a 25.00 Transfer Fee Payable at Nicholasville Reloading. Shipping is not available on Ammo. This is a two part Auction with Part 1 closing on December 1, 2025 and having the same pick up times. Any items that fail to be picked up by 7:00 PM December 5, 2025 shall be considered abandoned property, and the debit/credit card of the winning bidder will be charged for the invoiced total, as well as 5.00 per lot fee for any items that were not picked up. Online Bidding Only 15% Buyer's Premium added to final winning bid to determine contract sales price on all personal Property. 6% Kentucky Sales tax will be added unless a tax exempt certificate is on file or provided.
