Items are sold “as is - where is” with no guarantees or warranties. It is the Bidders responsibility to inspect the items and research any and all descriptions and information to their complete and full satisfaction prior to bidding. All sales are final.

PREVIEW: All items can be previewed on Sunday, August 24, 1-3pm & Sunday, August 31. 1-3pm
PICK UP TIME: Saturday, September 6, 10am-2pm. No exceptions.

For Large items please bring your own labor to move and load.
BUYER’S PREMIUM: a 15% buyer’s premium will be added to the winning bid of each item to determine the final selling price.
SALES TAX: there will be a 6% Kentucky sales tax added to each purchase unless you provide us with a valid re-sale certificate.

PAYMENT TERMS: All items must be paid for in full at the time of pickup and may be made by cash, credit card (3% processing fee for Credit card )(visa or mastercard), good personal check, official bank check, or bank certified check. If you fail to pick up your items, a charge for the amount of item or items purchased will be added to your credit card.
