ONLINE AUCTION ENDING TIMES – This online auction is a TIMED EVENT. Staggered times begin with Lot# 1, and the auction site will keep you posted on the ending time for each item. Any bid cast with 1 minutes prior to closing will extend the time an additional 1 minutes from the time posted. The auto-extend time feature is in effect until no bids are received in the final 1 minutes. BE CERTAIN TO WATCH YOUR ITEMS WITHIN THE FINAL MINUTES OF THE AUCITON
COMPUTER AND TECHNICAL ISSUES – If there are technical issues with the server, software or any other connections with this online auction, GODBY REALTY & AUCTION reserves the right to extend the closing time, continue with the current terms pf the auction, or close the auction if the problem cannot be resolved in a timely manner. HI-BID nor Godby Realty & Auction can be held responsible for any bid not registered on any lot. In the event of a software issue, notices will be posted on this auction web site .
CONDITION OF PROPERTY - All property is being sold AS IS p WHERE IS with no warranty or guarantee either expressed or implied. ALL SALES ARE FINAL WHEN NOTED ON THE AUCTION SITE FOR EACH ITEM. There will be NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, or ADJUSTMENTS. The property in this online auction may be inspected at the time and place listed at the top of this page. THE COMPLETE RESPONSIBILITY IS UPON THE BIDDER/BUYER TO INSPECT EACH ITEM TO THEIR SATISFACTION. The descriptions listed for each item are accurate to the best of the knowledge of the auction company, as is based on visual inspection and information from the Sellers. INSPECTION / PREVIEW OF ITEMS - An inspection or all lots will be available on Friday, December 13th & again on Monday, December 16th from 8:00AM to 4:30PM.
PAYMENT & PICK UP OF ITEMS - There is NO SHIPPING available for any items in this Auction. You will pay in person at pickup with cash, check or card (there is a fee to use a card). Pickup for this Auction is Tuesday, December 17th 9:00AM to 2:00PM and on Wednesday, December 18th 9:00AM to 2:00PM. NO OTHER TIMES WILL BE AVAILABLE. Buyers may pay by Cash, Good Check or Credit Card at the pick up time. Any item not picked up and paid for by 2:00PM on Wednesday, December 18th will be charged to the buyers credit card. The items will be retained by the Auctioneer and resold and the proceeds will go to Godby Realty & Auction. THERE IS NO REFUND ON ITEMS PAID FOR AND NOT PICKED UP AT THE SPECIFIED TIME. OUR OFFICES WILL BE CLOSED FOR THE REST OF THE YEAR ON AFTER DECEMBER 18TH. ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP NO LATER THAN 2PM ON THE 18TH. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Godby Realty & Auction will have personnel on the grounds to accept payment, provide receipts and assist with the loading of items. Again, there is NO SHIPPING available on this Auction.
JURISDICTION - Any legal issue between Godby Realty & Auction, its’ agents or representatives, will be resolved in the proper Court of Jurisdiction in Pulaski County, KY.
PERMITTED BIDDING - This is an Online Auction. Auction company owners, employees or agents are permitted to bid in this Auction and without specific notice of bidding.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS - If a BIDDER/BUYER defaults on a purchase, Godby Realty & Auction will prosecute with a $5,000 penalty possible, AND/OR permanently ban the bidder/buyer from registering for any future HI-BID Auction.
