Terms- Purchaser will be required to pay purchase price the day of the auction conclusion. Balance due at transfer of title not to exceed 10 days of auction conclusion. Buyer will forfeit purchase price if building is not moved by said date. Car: Purchaser is required to pay for Vehicle in full at the close of auction. After the buyer has ubtained Insurance, parties will need to meet at county clerks office to transfer Vehicle. All transfer fees are the responsiblity of the buyer.
