A $5 storage fee will apply for retrieval. **Auction and Pickup Location:** 2428 Palumbo Drive, Suite 140, Lexington, KY 40509 **Auction Pickup Dates and Times:** - Monday, JANUARY 5th, 10 AM - 6 PM - Tuesday, JANUARY 6th, 10 AM - 6 PM *Shipping options are available.* A 17% buyer's premium will be added to all winning bids, plus a 6% Kentucky sales tax. Tax-exempt customers can waive the sales tax by providing a resale certificate. **Shipping Information:** We charge only the actual shipping costs, with no additional fees. Items will be shipped via USPS or UPS depending on weight and dimensions. Generally, packages exceeding 12x12x12 will utilize UPS, while lighter packages will go via USPS. Once we pack your order, your card will be charged the shipping cost, and the items will be shipped from our Lexington, KY location 40509. To save on shipping, consider ordering multiple small items alongside your larger purchases. All items are sold absolutely—after the starting bid, the highest bidder wins. We are a licensed and trustworthy auction house committed to integrity. Your card on file will only be charged for the items you win unless you notify us that you prefer to pay cash. Pickup must occur within the specified dates and times; items cannot be held and may be restocked without a refund. Bluegrass Bids reserves the right to decline any late pickups. You may arrange for later pickup by contacting management. If approved, a $5 storage fee will apply, and items can be collected at the next scheduled pickup dates. Feel free to send someone else to collect your items if necessary. When you arrive at the back of our building for pickup, please call 859-303-6357. Presenting a valid resale certificate allows for the removal of sales tax. However, no resale certificate is needed to participate in the bidding. We test and validate all items to the best of our ability because our customers are our top priority. We aim to provide an outstanding bidding experience. If any item is found to be non-working, defective, or damaged, returns for a refund can be made within 14 days of receipt.
