Auction has a soft close, the lot will not officially close untill all bidding has ceased. Shipping is not provided by Cornerstone Realty and Auction. The Mailroom will pick all items needing shipped, after they are paid for in full,after the auction pickup day is over. All shipping arrangments are the sole responsiblilty of the buyer. A 3.5% fee will be added to all buyers paying with debit/credit. This will show up as an 18.5% total buyers premium on invoice.
