PAC Management Inc. – Auction Terms & Conditions
1. General Terms
All items are offered AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no warranties, guarantees, refunds, or returns.
PAC Management Inc. makes no representations or warranties, expressed or implied, regarding authenticity, age, provenance, condition, metal content, gemstone identity, or functionality unless explicitly stated in writing.
Buyers are solely responsible for reviewing photographs, reading descriptions, asking questions prior to bidding, and conducting their own due diligence.
In-person preview is available by appointment only prior to the auction.

2. Payment Terms
Payment is processed after items are boxed, weighed, and prepared for shipment.
Please allow 2–3 business days following auction close for final invoice processing.
All major electronic payment methods supported by the auction platform are accepted except where restricted below.
Precious Metals Payment Policy:
Invoices that include silver, gold, bullion, or high-value precious metal items must be paid by wire transfer, cash, or check (once cleared) unless prior arrangements have been made in writing with PAC Management Inc.
Wiring instructions will be provided after the auction concludes.
PAC Management Inc. reserves the right to hold shipment until funds have fully cleared.
Failure to remit payment may result in bidder suspension or permanent removal from future auctions.
3. Shipping Terms
All items are shipped unless prior arrangements are made in writing.
Shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
In some cases, a separate or adjusted shipping charge may be required after invoice payment due to weight, insurance, oversized packaging, or special handling requirements.
PAC Management Inc. packages items securely; however, we are not responsible for carrier delays, loss, or damage once items are in transit.
Tracking information will be provided upon shipment.
4. Combined Shipping
Multiple lots will be combined when safe and practical to minimize shipping costs.
Certain items—such as oversized, fragile, or high-value lots—may require separate packaging at PAC Management’s discretion.
5. Bidding Terms
All bids are final and legally binding.
Winning bidders are obligated to complete payment in full once the auction closes.
Bid retractions are not permitted.
PAC Management Inc. reserves the right to reject bids, remove items, or block bidders at its sole discretion.
6. Item Descriptions & Testing
Descriptions and photographs are provided to the best of our ability; however, errors or omissions may occur.
Coins, jewelry, and gemstones may be evaluated using tools such as XRF analyzers, refractive index meters, microscopes, and scales, but such results are not professional laboratory certifications.
All stated values, weights, grades, and opinions are estimates only and should not be considered guarantees.
7. Limitation of Liability
PAC Management Inc. is not responsible for:
Typographical or description errors
Interpretation of grading or condition
Third-party opinions or appraisals
Shipping carrier delays, loss, or damage
Participation in this auction constitutes full acceptance of all terms and conditions.
