All items to be sold to the highest bidder except in the case of a reserve. Riat Auctions reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. All items are sold as-is, with no warranties or guarantees. Items are NOT functionally tested unless otherwise specified. All item descriptions are believed but NOT guaranteed and may vary. Buyers are responsible for their items as soon as they arrive on the premises where pickup occurs. You are responsible for moving and loading your own items. Any items not picked up on pickup day will be forfeited with the expectation of full payment and absolutely no refunds. There will be absolutely no exceptions to the forfeiture of won items as they will be disposed of at the end of the pickup windows. The Seller, Riat Auctions, & Affiliates are not responsible for any damages, accidents, or injuries which may occur because of this auction, or the pickup of the items won. Riat Auctions is not responsible for any technical issues that may cause you to miss out on a lot, underbid, or over bid. We do not control the auction software directly and cannot help you with technical issues. The buyer understands they will be held responsible for any damage that takes place because of them removing their items whether this is a careless act or an accident. Cash, Check, or Card are all viable payment methods. For some items the auctioneer may request certified funds such as cashier check. All card transactions will incur a 4.00% surcharge. Any returned checks will result in a $50.00 service charge and a permanent ban from all Riat Auctions events.
