Auction Terms & Conditions It is the bidder's responsibility to read the full terms and conditions below. Bidders agree that they fully understand said terms and conditions and agree to be bound by those terms and conditions. This is a timed, online only Auction. This auction utilizes a "soft close" which means that if a bid is received in the last minute before closing of the item, that item's closing time will extend by one minute. Howell Real Estate and Auction, is acting as an agent for the seller and is selling all equipment / items in "AS IS" condition. No expressed or implied warranties are given. Howell Real Estate and Auction, and its agents, recommend that personal inspections of all equipment / items, be done personally by the buyer. Pictures and description of items are included but may not be a full representation of the item. (Lighting / environmental factors etc.. may skew picture quality.) Descriptions are to the best of Howell Real Estate and Auction's knowledge, given from sellers information and personal inspection. Howell Real Estate and Auction, are not liable for any discrepancy on miles and hours from odometers. Howell Real Estate and Auction is not liable for any software malfunctions. Auction staff and / or software provider are not responsible for any missed bids.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS. IF YOU NEED ADDITIONAL TIME FOR PICKUP OF ITEMS, CONTACT AUCTION STAFF BEFORE BIDDING. Pickup times are Tuesday August 4th 8-5 and Wednesday August 5th 8-5 . Loader will be available during these times. Any items not picked up within 4 days will be deemed abandoned and will become property of Howell Real Estate and Auction. Payment information will be sent via email after the close of the auction. If the successful bidder does not receive an invoice within 24 hours of the end of the auction, Please contact auction staff at 712-260-9690. Payment is expected on time and if not received within 3 days of auction end, a finance charge will be incurred. A returned check fee of $30 will be charged for all "bad checks" No items may be removed from site until paid for. There is a 10% buyer's premium for this auction. (cap of $1,500 per item). Payments accepted: Cash, Credit Card (4% Conv. Fee) Good Check, Money order, or wire. Titles will be sent to the buyer when funds have cleared or within 2 weeks, whichever is faster. Some items may have a reserve set by the seller, Howell Real Estate and Auction, and its agents do their best to insure a "reasonable" reserve. Howell Real Estate and Auction, reserves the right to call a no sale on items that do not reach the reserve price.
