PAYMENTS - There will be a 18% buyer's Premium added to all your purchases NO TAX APPLIES. If you are the successful bidder on any item(s) you will receive an E-mail invoice in the email that you used when registering. On this invoice the pickup location and the pickup Date will be stated. You will need to pick up your items on stated days. The pickup date is also stated before the bidding begins. If you are unable to meet these guidelines please do not place bids. There will be no refunds because you cannot pick up your items. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS OR CHARGEBACKS!

CATALOG - Please do research on the lots that you are interested in before placing your bids. After you place a bid and it is accepted, it cannot be retracted. All of the items are available for inspection by contacting Key City Auctions (563) 581-2279 via text or email Key City Online Auctions makes no guarantee on any of the items being sold. We photographs and describe items to the best of our ability (We are human). We will represent any defects that we are made aware of or that we notice during cataloging. BIDDING - When you enter your max bid, the bid price does not automatically advance to your max bid. When Someone else places a bid, your bid will increase the current price and the computer will automatically bid on your behalf to your max bid in the increments specified. If 2 people bid the same amount the 1st person to place the bid will be the high bidder. If a bid is placed within the last 1 minute the auction on that item will extend by 2 minutes until no further bids are placed
TECHNICAL ISSUES - In the event of technical difficulties related to the software,server, internet or other online technologies Key City Auctions. reserves the right to extend bidding, close the bidding or continue the bidding. Key City Auctions. will not be held responsible for any technical difficulties.

SHIPPING - Avaliable for smaller items and crating is available for larger items and may take up to 2 weeks for your item to ship. Packing fees are as follows 1st item- $10, $5 for each additional item with a max. fee of $50, plus actual shipping charges. Crating is $75 plus freight charges.
SUMMARY - All buyers herby certify that they have read and fully understand the terms and conditions listed above and they agree to be bound thereby. It is the buyer's responsibility to understand all the terms and conditions prior to submitting any bids.
All guarantees are between buyer & seller. Each item or lot sells in "As Is" condition. All purchases must be settled for before items removed.
