Curioso Antiques & Uniquities may sometimes describe the merchandise in marketing, advertising, online or within the auction . In no event shall Curioso Antiques & Uniquities be held responsible for any warranty or accountability of any specific item. Please contact us with any questions or concerns about an item before bidding. 2- Bidders acknowledge that they are unable to inspect an item other than the pictures provided. It is the bidder responsibility to determine value through means provided by Curioso Antiques & Uniquities. We are not responsible for errors or omissions that may occur in the description of merchandise unless it is was an intentional misrepresentation of the item. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and returns are not allowed on any item they purchase. 3- Curioso Antiques & Uniquities reserves the right to withdraw, add, and categorize items in this auction as it sees fit. We also reserve the right to reject a bid from any bidder at any time. 4- All items won in auction are to be paid in full prior to retrieving from our location. All items are to be claimed on the pickup date noted unless arrangement is made with the Auctioneer prior to bidding. Please bring a copy of your receipt or invoice upon pickup. Bidder agrees to not stop payment in any form and is responsible for any expenses due to collection of a bad check or other payment. In the event of a bad check or stop payment the Auctioneer reserves the right to repossess, at any time, the merchandise involved.A bid made is a contract to purchase and will honored as such. 5- All auction sales will be settled using the a purchasers credit card on file with HiBid. You must notify us in advance if you wish to attempt to pay using any other method. 6- Curioso Antiques & Uniquities as well as any employees of said company will not be held accountable for any accidents or injuries incurred during the process of obtaining your items from the auction. 7- All Bidders agree to pay the Buyer's Premium of 17%. Any additional state tax or credit card fees will be the responsibility of the purchaser. 8- On occasion an item may be sold with a "Reserve" ( minimum dollar amount allowing the item to sell). This Reserve amount may or may not be disclosed in the listing so contact Curioso Antiques & Uniquities with any questions previous to auction conclusion as some Reserve amounts may be negotiable at the discretion of the auction house or consignor. 9- Lots which have not been picked up within the stated local pickup time/date without communication with the auction may be subject to shipping charges responsible by the buyer. If there is any circumstance that may not allow you to pickup in a timely manner please contact us for assistance. 10- Any lot which has not been picked up within the provided timeframe may be subject to incurred charges for each business day it hasn't been picked up. This storage fee will be applied for each day held up to a total of 1 week/7 days. Said cost will be reasonably determined by the Auctioneer, and will range from 1.00/ day for smaller items and $20/ day for larger furniture and other bulky possessions. These costs will be assessed to the card on file and non-refundable. After the 7 day time frame, said lot(s) will be considered forfeited along with any assessed storage fees to that point. Most items will at this point be shipped to address on file also at bidder's expense. 11- Items which a purchaser chooses to forfeit will still be subject to said fines/penalties due to expenses incurred in disposing of item(s). 12- Items that require shipping which were not eligible. (weren't marked as "SHIPPING AVAILABLE" in the lot details) will incur additional handling charges or be forfeited with determination by the auctioneer. Forfeited items may also incur a restocking fee as part of the estate auction. Repeated offenses will result in termination of your rights to bid with Curioso Antiques & Uniquities.
