1) All items sold as is unless otherwise stated. If you have questions, please reach out before bidding and before the auction closes. 2) Country Road Collectibles is not responsible for internet malfunctions, loss of service or system glitches. Place your bids before the last minute - 3) Email Responsibility - We send out invoices at conclusion of the auction. Sometimes these go to spam - Pickup location and times are communicated multiple times through auction, details and on emails. It is your responsibility to know and pickup auction items during designated time. 4) Shipping - Available on most lots - if you would like an estimate or quote - just reach out in a timely manner before close date. 5) Payment is due at time of pick-up and prior to shipping. For shipping - please check Hibid request shipping box or respond to email invoice . 6) We do our best to respond to questions/inquiries - we work full-time jobs and are available most days after 4 PM. Leave us a voicemail and we will get back to you. 7) Items not picked up within scheduled pickup time will be forfeited - disposal fees may apply for large items requiring disposal, hazardous items, etc 8) If you can't make it: it is your responsibility to send a reliable person or company for pick up. 9) Payment - Cash is our preferred method of payment. A transaction fee of 4% will be added to card payments. Venmo is available too. 10) All items are sold "as-is, where-is". There are no warranties implied or given. Please reference pictures for condition and accuracy of lots being sold. If you have any questions, please reach out and we will respond as soon as we can. Country road Collectibles is not responsible for any errors in advertising or descriptions. All sales are final. Buyer is expected to exercise due diligence when deciding to bid. 11) Condition - All items assumed untested unless otherwise noted. Please ask questions before auction closes. 12) Shipping - Please allow up to 1 week for items to be shipped. We strive to ship promptly, but large/awkward items will sometimes create a delay.
