Item Descriptions and Condition • Items are sold “as is” with no warranties unless explicitly stated. • Descriptions and images are provided for informational purposes and may not fully represent the item’s condition. • Bidders are encouraged to ask questions set up a time to inspect Lots or request additional information before bidding. 6.Pickup, Shipping, and Delivery • Winning bidders are responsible for pickup during pickup time posted or all costs associated with shipping and handling costs. • Shipping costs, if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer. • The auction platform is not liable for delays or damages during transit. 7. Returns and Refunds • All sales are final. No returns or refunds will be accepted. • As the buyer you are responsible for lot inspection and purchased. 8. Platform Rights and Responsibilities • The auction platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel auctions at its discretion. • Technical issues may affect bidding; the platform is not liable for missed bids due to connectivity or system errors. • The platform may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of changes. 9.
