Bidding – All bids are final and cannot be retracted. Payment – All winning bidders’ cards on file will be charged automatically at the close of the auction for the hammer price, buyer’s premium (if applicable), and 7% Iowa sales tax. Shipping Charges – Shipping and a $5 handling fee will be calculated after packing and charged with the card on file. Sales Tax – 7% Iowa sales tax applies to all purchases unless a valid resale or tax-exempt certificate is provided before the auction closes. Returns – All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties or guarantees. No returns or refunds. Pickup – Pickup is Sunday, October 5th from 3-6 PM and Monday, October 6th from 12-3 PM. Forfeiture – Items not picked up by the end of the scheduled pickup time will be forfeited without refund. Non-Paying Bidders – Bidders who fail to pay will be banned from future auctions. Bidder Responsibility – Bidders are responsible for reviewing all descriptions and photos before placing bids.
