The majority of these are abandoned vehicles, per Iowa Code 321.89. There are NO TITLES unless otherwise noted in the lot description. All sales are final. Cars are as is, no warranty. Vehicles can be titled by submitting form 411185 to your Motor Vehicle County Treasurer, in Iowa, along with an Odometer Statement which indicates, NOT ACTUAL mileage and a Damage Disclosure. (these forms along with a bill of sale will be provided to you upon payment). If you are not an Iowa resident, it is your responsibility to check the applicable licensing regulations in your jurisdiction as not all states will accept Iowa DOT form 411185.
