POTENTIAL FIREARM BUYERS: The firearms on this auction belong to the Ernest Motsch Estate. To purchase a firearm on this auction (excluding air guns), you MUST have your Permit to Acquire or Iowa Concealed Carry license! NO IF'S, AND'S, OR BUT'S. NO PERMIT, NO FIREARM! MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE AS WELL. ID's will be scanned at checkout and consent form will be signed for my files. IOWA RESIDENTS ONLY CAN PURCHASE THESE FIREARMS!
Pickup date: February 14-16, 2025. (Bad weather arrangements can be made)
Open Viewing Day: February 9, 2025 from 9am-4:30pm cst
Internet/Buyers Premium: 10%
Participation Requirements: Valid Credit Card required for bidding approval
Payment Options: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover (4% SURCHARGE FEE)
Payment Instructions: Credit cards will be charged as soon as the auction concludes. Any transactions over $2,500 must be paid in cash, cashiers check, or wire transfer only! WIRE TRANSFER PREFERRED. If you plan on buying or spending over the $2,500, please make arrangments with your bank for a tire transfer for Friday, February 14, 2025.

PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS: Boxing, tear down, and removal of purchased items will be at the BUYERS labor. Bring helpers, tools, boxes, and everything that you (the BUYER) will need to remove the puchased items for the property.

Checkout Date & Times: February 14-16, 2025 8am-5pm (Later appointments can be scheduled)
Everything NEEDS to be removed ASAP, unless arrangements are made with auctioneer there after.
1- Everything is sold AS IS, WHERE IS. All sales are final. Those who choose not to attend the open house or schedule to view in person, are acknowledging that everything is sold AS IS, WHERE IS as so, like they previewed the items in person.
2- Item is sold to the highest bidder. Tie bids reverts to the registered bidder who registered to bid for that item first.
3- Highest bidder of an item assumes full liability/ownership of the item as soon as the auction closes. Item must be removed within the stated times (posted above) after the auction concludes. Buyer must supply own man power, tools, supplies, and any equipment nesseccary to remove purchased items. Any damages to the property shall be repaired by the buyer who damaged the property (due to negligence and improper removal. We do understand removal process is not perfect)
4- There is a 10% Buyers Premium and 4% CC Surcharge fee. The credit cards will be ran as soon as the auction concludes, unless stated in registration that you will be a cash buyer. ID's will be scanned upon cash payment.
5- All sales are final. No refunds, no returns. Absolutely no refusal to pay or "Charge Backs".
6- By bidding and buying in this auction, buyer agrees to all terms and conditions that are presented here. By placing a bid here is a legal binding agreement/contract to bid and shall not retract a bid at anytime unless handled by Steward Auction Service.
7- As technology is never perfect, Steward Auction Service is not responsible for any website or platform crashes involving Hibid or there entities. If the internet crashes, you, the bidder are still liable for the bids places and the potential winning bid.
