Auction preview by appointment can be set up by calling 608-326-1513. 8. Invoices will be sent to your registered email after the auction closes. Please Check the Spam folder if you haven't received the invoice the day of closing. 9. Auction Checkout and Pickup will be Monday October 13th from 9AM-5PM. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please bring assistance for loading large items. 10. Any items not picked up by Monday October 13th, 2025 at 5:00 PM, without prior arrangements, will become the property of the auction company. In such cases, the registered bidders credit card on file may be charged for the amount due as an inconvenience fee to the auction company. 11. By placing a bid, you acknowledge and accept the condition of the item as-is, without exception. Inspections are encouraged and are the responsibility of the bidder prior to bidding. 12. In the event of auction software issues, the auction will resume at a later time. Lots with bidding that had already closed as scheduled will remain closed. Lots where bidding closed unexpectedly may be reopened at the discretion of the auction company. Additionally, the auction company and/or consignor reserve the right to void any sale prior to payment for any reason, including but not limited to reserve not met (whether advertised or not), clerical or listing errors, or other circumstances deemed necessary.
