ONLINE BIDDING: This is a timed, Online-only Auction; the highest bid online when the bidding closes will be the winning bid for the item. This auction will incorporate a "SOFT CLOSE". Bidding within the last 5 minutes before the closing of an item will extend the bidding time by an additional 2 minutes. This prevents individuals from placing a bid on an item at the last second in order to prevent others from bidding more. Items Sold "As Is, Where Is" All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranty or guarantees, expressed or implied, by the seller or Des Moines Auction Company. Bidders accept all auction items/property "WITH ALL FAULTS", whether or not immediately apparent. It is strongly recommended that bidders thoroughly inspect items before placing a bid. Items are described as accurately as possible, but do not represent any guarantee by the seller or Des Moines Auction Company. Multiple photos will be included in item descriptions whenever possible; however, photos may or may not fully represent the item. Lighting, surroundings and other factors can affect the perception of an item in a photo; therefore, all bidders are responsible for their own personal inspection of the item(s) before placing a bid. Photos and descriptions are to be used as a guideline only. Auction Software used by Des Moines Auction Company will not be held liable for any software or software malfunction discrepancies. PAYMENT: All auction sales will be settled using the bidders credit card on file with HiBid with payment directly to DES MOINES AUCTION COMPANY. You must notify DES MOINES AUCTION COMPANY in advance should you wish to pay for purchases using an alternative method. Auction items will not be released for pickup until payment is made in full. Failure to comply with these terms will prohibit bidder from participating in future live or on-line auctions conducted by Des Moines Auction Company. Item Pickup Removal and/or transportation of item(s) won on auction shall be at the expense, liability and risk of the buyer. Any Items not removed at the alotted checkout time, unless arrangements have been made and agreed upon by seller, will be considered abandoned and the purchaser will lose all right, title and interest to the property, including any and all moneys from the buyer. Be sure you are capable of paying for all items won in the auction and realize your bids are not conditional upon financing. PAYMENT PROCEDURES: Payments will be made directly to Des Moines Auction Company, your credit card will automatically be charged at the close of this sale if your purchase is less than $500.00. If your purchase is more than $500, please see the invoice at the end of the of the auction for payment instructions. There is a 3% credit card processing fee. ITEM PICKUP/SHIPPING & DELIVERY: Removal and/or transportation of item(s) won at auction shall be at the expense, liability and risk of the buyer. Des Moines Auction Company will ship items within the continental United States & Canada if requested - NO OTHER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING WILL BE MADE. Shipping costs will be included in final invoice and will be responsibility of the buyer.
