By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have inspected the item to their satisfaction. A 10% Buyers Premium applies to all purchases. By placing a bid, the bidder is entering into a contractual agreement to purchase the item(s) from the seller. Failure to follow through with payment and pickup of items could result in legal collection proceedings. Pictures and Item Descriptions Multiple photos will be included in item descriptions whenever possible; however, photos may or may not fully represent the item. Lighting, surroundings and other factors can affect the perception of an item in a photo; therefore, all bidders are responsible for their own personal inspection of the item(s) before placing a bid. Photos and descriptions are to be used as a guideline only. Odometer, Mileage & Hour Meter readings are assumed to be correct. These assumptions do not constitute a guarantee. It is up to the bidder to validate the accuracy of the reading during the inspection process. Paulsen Auctions, LLC is not liable for any inaccuracies pertaining to odometer, mileage and hour meter readings. Auction Software Paulsen Auctions, LLC will not be held liable for any software or software malfunction discrepancies. Invoicing An invoice and payment instructions will be sent to each buyers registered email at the close of the auction. Please read email message completely for payment instructions. $35 FFL charge per gun. Payment Successful bidders must contact Paulsen Auctions, LLC within 24 hours after receiving their invoice to confirm their method of payment. Payment must be received within 3 days after the conclusion of the auction. Item Pickup Removal and/or transportation of item(s) won on auction shall be at the expense, liability and risk of the buyer. Returned Check Fees A fee of $35.00 will be assessed on returned checks and may result in the bidder being denied access to future auctions. Be sure you are capable of paying immediately after the conclusion of the auction and realize your bids are not conditional upon financing. We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover. There is a 4% convenience fee per transaction for all credit card purchases. Titles Titles will be sent via standard mail within two weeks after payment has been received, unless otherwise specified in the description of the item, and will be mailed to the address provided by bidder upon registration. Reserve Bidding Items on auction may have an undisclosed reserve. Sellers, Paulsen Auctions, LLC, or other agent of seller may bid on items up to reserve amount in order to aid in the sale of the item. *By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have inspected items to their satisfaction. *Paulsen Auctions,LLC reserves the right to remove any property prior to close of the auction. *Paulsen Auctions, LLC reserves the right to reject any bid at our discretion. *Bidders who register at any of our auctions will be included in our mailing lists to receive print or digital communication regarding upcoming auctions.
