Auction Terms & Conditions: Please read. 1. The online bidding will start closing at 7:00 pm on Thursday, August 6th, 2026. This is a soft close. 2. All items are offered and sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults, no guarantee or warranties. 3. We reserve the right to reject any bid and/or bidder at our sole discretion. 4. This auction has a 10% buyer's premium. 5. You will receive an invoice listing the items won. Payment is due at the conclusion of the auction. Credit cards will be charged at that time. If you prefer to pay cash notify us at least one day before the auction ends and we will accept cash at the time of pick-up. 6. If you do not pick up your items on the specified date and do not make arrangements, your items may be discarded or resold. No exceptions 7. By registering and bidding in this auction, you are agreeing to all the terms posted for this auction. 8. Shipping is available for items marked as such. We ship using USPS and UPS via Pirate Ship within one week from the pickup day. At this point, we will charge your HiBid credit card for the shipping charges, as well as the $10 handling fee. Please look for an email from Pirate Ship for tracking information. We will not be reaching out for payment over the phone. If your card is declined, we reserve the right to resell the item(s). You will receive an email with an opportunity to update your payment information. 9. Failure to Pay: Failure to retrieve and pay for your items on posted pick-up day/time will result in your forfeiture or claim on said items, and these items will be resold. You will be further banned from participating in any of our auctions, either live or online. 10. This is a public auction and not a retail setting. All sales are final. No returns or chargebacks are accepted. All items are sold as is where is with no warranties. 11. DEBT COLLECTION and INTEREST CHARGES You the bidder agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and other costs incurred by David Shawn Jones, Auctioneer, in its efforts to collect unpaid funds from you the bidder. The bidder agrees that a fee of 2% of the outstanding balance per month be added to any unpaid balance due to David Shawn Jones, Auctioneer.
