Auction begins October 9th 3 PM CST, bidding begins to soft close on October 16th at 3 PM CST. Preview is October 14th 12-1. Pickup Days: October 18th 12-5. Pickup is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY: during 12-5 hours on October 18th. We can only have one buyer in the building at a time to pick up. DO NOT BID IF YOU CANNOT COMPLY WITH ALL OUR TERMS All items must be picked up on specified pickup day, listed above. PICKUP LOCATION: 3 Del Mar Dr. - Clinton, IL You must provide your own transportation and help to load items you purchase. Bring help to load on pickup day. MOST LOCATIONS HAVE STAIRS-BE PREPARED. All items are sold as-is, where-is with any/all defects, and with no guarantees or warranties of any kind. Descriptions are believed to be correct, but subject to bidder verification. Mike Hall Auction Co., HiBid and AuctionFlex are not responsible or held liable for any accidents or errors in print, or otherwise. 17% Buyers Premium is applicable to all general purchases made through this auction and a $1 surcharge will also be assessed to all buyers, for cost of verifying card. Forms of Payment: Credit card on file will be charged at conclusion of auction. ***NEW POLICY: Gold & Silver buyers MUST pay with cash and pickup in person. No exceptions! Due to a rapid increase in fraudulent bidder accounts, buyers must pickup in person and pay in cash. Items must be picked up on pickup day. Winning bidder(s) not picking up items on pick up day will still be responsible for payment. Items not picked up or ordered shipping are forfeited and become property of the auction co. Winning bidders hereby agree not to chargeback any purchases on credit card for any reason.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL: Buyers understand they are responsible for paying sales tax or other taxes on any applicable purchases.
SHIPPING: Shipping only available on small items is the responsibility of the buyer. Mike Hall Auction Co. does not ship. Buyers may use Wrap Pack Ship Center of Taylorville, IL.
