Pick up will be Monday Oct 6th 12:00pm-5:00pm . There are NO alternate pick up dates. Pick up will be at 11283 E State Highway 9 Ellisville IL 61431. Please pickup your items during the pickup times. There are NO other pick up times. If you are an out of state buyer and you are not able to make the pick up time PLEASE call ahead to set a time before bidding on this auction. NO SHIPPING Local pickup only. A skidsteer loader will be onsite for the loadout times ONLY.
NOTE- If you do not pickup your items during the listed pickup times you will forfeit them, unless you have spoken to the auction co. ALL BUYERS are required to bring help and packing to load their items. KKA does not provide anything for your items being packed. If you need help, bring help. All KKA personnel will be locating items for other buyers.

If your items are not picked up during the listed pickup times, your card on file will be charged. NO exceptions. If your card is not able to be charged at this time, you will be blocked from bidding on all other auctions. If you do not pickup your items during the pickup time, YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR ITEMS. All items are as is, where is with no faults. All descriptions believed to be accurate, but not warrented. NO guarantees on ANY items. By placing a bid the bidder signifies that they agree to pay the bid price + BP. We reserve the right to reject any bids. There will be a 10% buyers premium on all items. With a cap of $500 per item. We accept cash, check, credit or debit card as forms of payment at pickup.
All charges on credit or debit cards carry a 4% transaction fee. We reserve the right to cancel and reopen bids due to system error or failures. Kyle Kelso Auctioneer P.O. Please read the description on each lot. Large contents lots pickup will be Tuesday Oct 7th. Please be aware of this. Payment on all lots is due Oct 6th 12:00pm-5:00pm. Buyers of large outside lots will have 5 days to remove. After the 5 days you will forfeit what is left. Tuesday at 9:00am the large contents lots become 100% the buyers responsibility.
