This Online Only Estate Auction will feature a large collection of head vases, Roseville, Shawnee, Fenton, Glassware and an extremely large collection of small antiques including State Farm, Funks G Hybrid, license tags, Kentucky Derby glasses, and MUCH more. The entire home of furniture will be offered for auction including a Hoosier cabinet, oak ice box, china and curio cabinets, household furniture, 675 lots ot be offered at auction. Auction is located at 9961 Kinder Rd. Bloominton, IL 61705. Auction site will be marked with signs at auction pick up. Auction will begin closing Monday March17,2025 at 5:30 PM Central Time. Auction pick up will be held Monday March 24,2025 from 2 PM - 6 PM. Shipping is available. Shipping Pros of IL will handle all shipping. If you would like your items shipped, please contact Dale - 217-414-5576 for prices and availability for shipping of your purchases. All items will be offered for auction in as is condition. Please bring all tools, equipment, containers, packing, and help that you may need at auction pick up. Lance Schmid Auctions does not pack or load any purchases. a 15% buyers premium will be added to the final bid price of each lot. The credit card on file will be charged immediately following the close of the auction. Pick up is March 24,2025 from 2-6 pm. if you can not make that pick up date and have not made prior arrangements with the auction company, please do not bid. All lots left at the close of pick up will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of by the auction company.
