We follow the state of Illinois laws for collecting sales tax at auction. The taxable lots in this auction are lots: (No lots are being taxed in this auction as they are all from an estate)

15.55% Buyer’s Premium in effect, no up-charge for credit card use, Sales Taxes are collected per the State of Illinois rules. In general this means no sales tax on coins, currency, bullion or posted estate items. Upon bidding you are entering into a contract to buy the lot bid on. Not paying for shipping does not release you from the auction invoice, those are two separate transactions. Unless prior arrangements are made, items not picked up during the scheduled pickup times or not paid for shipping are considered a donation with net proceeds going to the Monroe County Humane Society and the Morrison Talbott Library. Items are sold in AS-IS condition and the bidder acknowledged they have had ample time to attend a live preview. The bidder acknowledges the lot description, photos and estimates are informational only and an opinion not an expression of fact. The bidder agrees that by bidding they are satisfied with the condition of the lot and will make no attempts at returns or canceling the transaction. The bidder understands that by not paying their invoice they may receive negative feedback within the auction platform and this negative feedback may significantly adversely affect their ability to participate in future auctions both at this auction house and others within the auction platform. At the end of the auction there are lots where you can bid on the lots that did not receive an opening bid. Do NOT Bid here, this is an informational only lot and anyone who does put in a bid on this lot will be considered to be donating money to the local animal shelter and the local library.

NOTE Lots 1200-1205 the Pickup will be in Nashville IL on Sunday Sept 29th from 2 PM - 3 PM.we will text the winners of those lots the address on Sunday morning. Please no early pickups. You will need a trailer and winch or some other means to move the truck as it is not in running condition.
