Every buyer’s receipt is checked to ensure payment, item accuracy, and that only items listed on the invoice are removed. Please be patient—online auction load-outs are time-consuming, and our goal is accuracy and fairness. Buyers must bring their own help, along with any boxes, tubs, tools, or equipment needed for loading or disassembly. ITEM REMOVAL RESPONSIBILITY Buyers are solely responsible for the safe and timely pickup and removal of purchased items. Items must be removed during the scheduled pickup times. DO NOT BID if you cannot pick up during the posted removal times. No items will be held beyond removal times. No refunds will be issued for failure to pick up items.
