Payment due on FRIDAY OCTOBER 10, 2025 as follows:
10:00 AM - Metro East Mini Storage - 700 USA Drive, Wood River, IL 62095
11:00 AM- Metro East Mini Storage - 5141 Chain of Rocks Rd. - Edwardsville, IL 62025
Terms: CASH only - 12.5% Buyer's Premium - $50.00 deposit per invoice (not per unit) - will be returned once unit is cleaned out properly and inspected. You will have 48 hours from time of payment to clean out units. NOTHING is to be left on the property.
You must be there promptly to pay for your units, or send someone in your place.
If you do not pay or clean out units properly you will be banned from bidding on all of our future auctions. The feedback we leave on hibid is seen by other auctioneers and may result in you being declined as a bidder in their auctions as well.
