Auction Terms & Conditions AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS All of our items are sold "AS IS - WHERE IS" with no guarantees expressed or implied of any kind. Announcements made day of sale take precedence over written material. The auction will be running from 09/25/2025 through 10/09/2025 Items will begin to end at 6pm, CST on the 10/09/2025 An item will end every 30 seconds, on a soft close structure. If an item i/s bid on within 5 minutes of the ending time, the bidding will be extended 2 minutes for that item. By bidding, you are agreeing that you have read and accept all of our terms and conditions expressed and implied, and are entering a legal and binding contract. You must be 18 years of age or older to bid in this auction. As in all of our auctions, auction personnel will be allowed to bid and pay for their purchases. Keep in mind, all of the items in our auctions are in used condition unless otherwise stated. We have described these items to the best of our ability. Expect some wear, scratches, dents, dings, and damage that cannot be seen in our pictures, so BUYER BEWARE and use your best judgement. All measurements listed are approximate. In some of the lots there is a yellow rule to provide perspective it is not a part of the selling lot but is considered a photo prop. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no returns.
