Payment & Fees
Payment processes immediately after auction closes
15% buyer's premium added to all winning bids
State sales tax applies
Invoice sent via email (check spam folder if not received)
Pickup & Shipping
Pickup window: 6 days after auction completes
Closed: Sundays
Items available by appointment
You'll receive email invoice and text notification
Bring your own supplies: plastic wrap, rope, straps, tape, tarps
Returns & Refunds
3-day guarantee against misrepresentation or manufacturer defects only.
No returns for:
Wrong size, color, shape, or model (verify before bidding)
"Untested" items found non-functional
Items reported after 7 days from auction end
Refund options:
Full credit toward future purchases, OR
Refund to payment method (minus 15% processing fee)
Item Conditions
All items sold "as-is, where-is"
Assume warranties and memberships are invalid
Sets may have missing components
Measurements may lack decimals (1875 could mean 18.75")
Colors and descriptions may vary from images
Abandoned Items
Unclaimed items by deadline are considered abandoned and may be:
Resold
Disposed of
Result in forfeiture of payment (no credit issued)
You're responsible for:
Verifying all items at pickup (no credits after you leave)
Safe removal of purchases
Any damages during removal
Auction Rights
DEP Auction Group reserves the right to:
Accept or reject any bid
Withdraw items before or after auction
Set reserve prices
Make final decisions on all disputes
Our decisions are final.
Liability
No liability for withdrawn items
No liability for damages during item removal
No warranties expressed or implied
No liability for item use, misuse, or malfunction
