Auction Terms & Conditions Auction Terms & Conditions 1) All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. All sales are final, no refunds, no exceptions, NO CHARGEBACKS 2) All descriptions believed accurate but not warranted. 3) Bidder inspection of items being sold is encouraged. 4) By placing a bid, bidder signifies they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or they have chosen not to personally examine them. 5) We Reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion. 6) 14% Buyer's premium applied to final winning bids, 4% DISCOUNT for payments made with cash or approved check. 7) Rock Creek Auction Co. accepts Cash, Approved Checks, MasterCard, Discover, Visa, and American Express and wire fund transfers. 8) All items must be paid and settled for within the time specified for each auction. Items must be picked up during the specified time unless prior arrangements have been made with the auction company. Any items not picked during specified times are subject to a $5.00 per day storage fee or will be resold. This will not release you from your obligation to pay for said items. 9) By accepting our terms to bid at our auction you are giving your approval to have your credit card on file billed for any items you purchase and are not paid for in the time specified for each auction. 10) Rock Creek Auction Co. reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures or malfunctions. 11) Auctioneer is not responsible for technical issues that may arise preventing buyer from placing their bids. While we make every effort to ensure correct descriptions we are unable to guarantee the condition of any item. 12) THE ACCEPTANCE OF HIGH BID BY THE AUCTIONEER CONSTITUTES A LEGAL AND BINDING CONTRACT WITH THE BUYER AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE UNDER IDAHO STATE LAW.
